UK- based hospitality company The Warren Collection has acquired 17 bedroom property ‘The Gregory’ in South Belfast, creating 9 new jobs and demonstrating a commitment to the local tourism industry.

Only last year, the Warren Collection opened their first boutique accommodation- The Number 11- in the popular Malone Road area of the city. At the time, they outlinedambitious plans to open further accommodation in Northern Ireland.

‘The Quarter’ in Belfast’s popular Cathedral Quarter openednext in April, creating an affordable city centre offering as the city saw surges in demand and hotel prices.
