Terms and Conditions

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your use of some parts or features of the site may be governed by additional Terms and Conditions. Where this is the case, you will be notified accordingly of those additional Terms and Conditions. 

Cancellation Policy

The Warren Collection offers a free cancellation up to 3PM, 48hours prior to your scheduled arrival date *unless you have a non-refundable booking.

CANCELLATIONS IF BOOKING MADE VIA A THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE​

When amendments or cancellations are required on booking made via a third-party website, you must contact customer services on the booking platform used at the time of booking. The Warren Collection are unable to make any changes on their behalf. Please note- third party may have their own policies in place so please refer to your booking confirmation email.

No Show Policy

If a guest makes a reservation and fails to show up without a successful cancellation, full amount is charged on the reservation.

Early Check-Out

The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in an event a guest departs earlier than the original departure date. 

Lost & Found

We understand it can be incredibly difficult when you lose something and we are sorry to hear you have misplaced something while staying with us.

For the quickest way to contact our housekeeping management, please contact us at info@warrencollection.com

You will receive a response within 24 hours and if we are able to locate it you can either arrange collection within 48 hours or we can post it for you for a courier fee. All lost and found items are held for a period of 12 weeks only.

Late Check-Out 

Late check-outs are on request. Please contact the front office of each property.

Additional fees may apply. 

Guarantee Policy 

All reservations require a guarantee or prepaid deposit. Methods that are accepted as a guarantee include: credit card or debit card, cash deposit or Merchant Gift Card. 

Pet and Guide Dog Policy

We are pet friendly – advance notice must be given. Pets will be charged at €25/£25 See Terms.

Age Policy 

You must be over 21 years old to stay in any of our hotels. 

Cots 

We are delighted to provide cots for children up to two years of age with our compliments. 

Credit Card Pre-Authorisation 

The Warren Collection reserves the right to ask for a pre-authorisation at checkin for the total accommodation stay, plus a deposit for incidentals. 

What is a Pre-Authorisation? 

A pre-authorisation will place the requested amount in a holding state and temporarily reduce the holder’s credit limit. This is NOT a transaction charge. All charges should be settled in full upon departure. 

Chip & Pin 

Pin verification is always required when using a debit or credit card. 

Damages 

We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave, including keys which are charged €60/£60.

Guests’ Behaviour 

Guests are requested to always conduct themselves appropriately and to comply with the Company procedures and/or requests regarding conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety.

Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff, this includes the use of drugs. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred. We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card up to €250/£250 for noise complaints. 

Occupancy 

You must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the room allocated to you. We reserve the right to conduct checks on occupancy and compliance with these terms. Occupancy is not transferable.

Smoking 

Guests are not permitted to smoke in rooms or public areas. We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card up to €250/£250 for smoking in the room.

Force Majeure

The Company accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures. 

Competitions Policy 

If you wish to offer an experience at The Warren collection as a prize, please contact the Marketing department by emailing info@warrencollection.com.

Please note that if you do not agree to your competition in advance with the Marketing department, you may be asked to remove your prize with an immediate effect. Third party use of Warren Collection branding without hotel authorisation is prohibited. 

Gift Cards and E-Vouchers 

E-voucher are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. 

Pricing Errors

The Warren Collection reserves the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price or service at any point in time. 

Relocation 

In a rare, unexpected event whereby the property cannot provide accommodation as previously confirmed, the property will comply with its standard of obligation by undertaking to relocate guests into an alternative property of equal or better grading at no expense to the guest. Should there not be a property of equal or better grading in the vicinity of the original booking, it may be required to provide guests with a property of a lesser grading. If this is the case, any reduction in costs will be refunded to the guest. The alternatives offered are at the property’s discretion. Should the guest wish to choose a property of a standard other than offered under this condition, then the guest will be required to pay any difference.
